A girl in a yellow coat and pink dress and a boy in a blue and white outfit stand amidst the snow, The boy holds a basket of wrapped presents while the girl carries two horseshoes and a black umbrella held over their heads. The rest of the card's colors are washed out; it appears they stand on the snowy bank of a stream, and across it is a house. Printed along the bottom is "Christmas Greetings."
