Santa Claus is leaning atop the banner in which the poem is printed .There are toy soldiers to the left of him and a house to the right; he is holding a blue clarinet. The poem reads: "It's joy from me to create joys, / by bringing toys to girls and boys / and greetings to the grownups too, / amongst which I remember you."
