The photograph was taken from one end of a long, wooden counter with stools for customers on one side. Two waitresses and one waiter stand behind the counter. Another waiter stands behind a table at right. A man, a woman and a child pose in the doorway of the kitchen at the far end of the café or restaurant. On the wall at right is a large map of the United States. A variety of products, including Prince Albert Tobacco and Campbells Soup, are visible in cabinets at left. The number “107” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “4” is written in the upper left corner
