Description

Two butchers stand behind a long counter at right. At left, a woman leans against a countertop in a cashier’s booth at Buehler Brothers Meat Market, 920 Main Street. Sausages and cuts of meat hang from hooks and are set out on display on the counter at right. A day calendar in the cashier’s booth is open to June 11th, 1912. The number “137” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “1” is written in the upper left corner.
