Description

Eight women perform various office tasks while a male supervisor looks on in a crowded, unidentified office in the B & I Building. A letter with A. Y. McDonald letterhead is visible on a table at left. The woman working at a typewriter in the foreground at right has placed a large book or ledger on her chair so that she can sit a bit higher. The woman in the checkered dress seated at the back right of this picture (and possibly the man looking at her) also appear in KL 117-415. The number “87” has been written on the emulsion side of the negative and is visible in the upper right corner of the picture. The number “2” has been written in the upper left corner.
