Description

A large, male moose is standing in shallow water. The photographer has referred to the animal as the "Forest Monarch." A long strand of grass is hanging from its mouth. Evergreen trees are visible in the background. The number 659 is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
