Description

Two men, dressed in bowler hats and suits, are looking at where high water from the Mississippi river has covered one of the double rail road track along the Dubuque water front. A large steam engine and its tender car have tipped over into the water and are almost completely submerged. The number 401-b is written on a label that has been stuck to the lower left corner of the slide.
